Shipping & Delivery

Postage and shipping costs are calculated on the total size and weight of each order and will be added at the checkout after delivery details are entered in the shopping cart. After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address).

We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We aim to send your goods within 3 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. If the merchandise you have ordered is out of stock, you will receive an email advising you of its estimated delivery time.

All orders within Australia are sent using Standard Post from Australia Post. Delivery estimates are 3-5 days within Australia. Depending on your location, most orders will arrive within a few days to a week. Each Australia Post parcel has a tracking number that will be provided to the buyer once the order has been shipped. Tracking numbers are not available for letter post, used for delivery of small postcard orders weighing under 500gm.

International orders are sent by either Australia Post Airmail or similar courier. International delivery times by Australia Post Airmail are estimated as 1-3 weeks.
